Our story begins with a simple belief that there is always another way to think about things. Too often we are caught in an “either/or” world, both in our personal lives and in our organizations. Should we do “this or that”? Should we go “this way or that way”?

We believe that our best thinking comes when we live in the world of “AND”.

This way of thinking has been at the core of Larry Thiessen’s personal and organizational life. As the founder and president of BonVia, Larry has always asked, “Why are we constrained by “this or that”? What if we shifted the situation; turned it just a bit - would we see a whole new way to move forward?
